Fiesta del Pueblo turns 15
La Fiesta del Pueblo, a festival and showcase for Latino culture since 1994, will celebrate its 15th anniversary, "La Quinceanera," Sept. 6 and 7 at the N.C. State Fairgrounds.
Sponsored by El Pueblo, a non-profit statewide Latino advocacy organization, the event grew out of the need to connect the state's rapidly growing Latino population with larger, more established communities across the state.
